After two decades of domestic and international specialization within corporate treasury for several of the world’s leading multinational corporations, including BlackRock, Ameriprise Financial, United Health Group, and Fair Isaac, founded Gilded Capital Group with the vision to bring together experts, leaders, and specialists to provide a holistic and pragmatic approach to cash, liquidity, and risk management, by implementing and integrating treasury management systems.
For over 20 years, Josh has led the design and delivery of complex digital transformation, data strategy, systems integration, application development, reporting, and analytics initiatives for leading organizations around the world.
He was previously the CTO of a global technology services firm and holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School. He is also a mentor at Columbia University's Center for Technology Management.

Focused on implementing end-to-end solutions while facilitating a collaborative environment and open communication strategy, with multiple internal and external teams, from project infancy to completion.

Proven technical project manager with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects while managing stakeholder relationships at all levels. Elif has led business process design, systems implementation, data integration, cloud migration, ETL, data warehouse, business intelligence, reporting and analytics projects for enterprise clients and municipalities using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
